Native to Las Vegas, Executive Chef Beau Demato developed a passion for food. Beau has a diverse style of cooking and creating unique flavor pallets. He started his career as a Sous Chef for Trumpets Anthem Country Club in 2000, bringing him to the state known for its diverse food culture, New York. After 13 years working in New York, Beau fell in love with South Carolina and became a part of our Grand Holland family. His passion for the culinary arts drove him to develop our one-of-a-kind menu with his touch of diverse flavors.
