Is the venue available on the date you need it?

How many guests can the facility accommodate?
Our facility can hold up to 250 guests. We have plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors with plenty of different options available.

What is the rental fee and what does it include?
We know it’d be easier for you to have all our prices listed however we’d love to give you a tour and go through all of our packages and options. 

How much is the deposit, when is it due, and is it refundable?
The deposit is the cost of the house rental which can vary depending on the date of your event. It is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Is the rental fee cheaper if we don’t book a Friday or Saturday night?
Yes! Sunday – Thursday our house rental is less. 

What other events are going on at the venue on the same day?
Weddings have the entire property exclusive to your party.

What time can we arrive at the venue?
A one-day rental check-in is at 10 am. Weekend check-in is 3 pm.

How many spots are available for guests to park?
Our upper lot has 66 spots and we have a lower lot as well. Plenty of parking on site.

Is the venue accessible for disabled guests?
Yes, we have ramps and an elevator, there is nowhere on the property that would not be accessible.

How do rehearsals work for one day?
We do rehearsals at 10 am the morning of your wedding.

Do you have to make an appointment to see the venue?
Yes, we want to make sure we have plenty of time to walk you through and show you everything we have to offer you.

Can we stay on the property?
We do have 4 rooms in our main house (sleeps 12) that are reserved for the bride and bridesmaids Friday night with a weekend rental. The honeymoon suite is included for all of our couples.

Where do guests stay?
We recommend the Crown Plaza off Congaree Road, they offer a shuttle to our guests.

Does the venue have a liquor license to serve alcohol?
Yes, we have our beer and wine license as well as our liquor license.

What is your alcohol policy?
We have several packages available to offer exactly what you would like (including our special recipe of a white sangria). No outside alcohol is allowed to be brought in.

Can you bring in a band or DJ?
Yes, you can bring in your own band or DJ. We have several we would recommend and would love to hear what vibe you're looking for to steer you in the right direction.

How many people does the dance floor accommodate?
Our dance floor is large enough to accommodate all of your guests.

How many spots are available for guests to park?
We have two upper lots with 66 spaces, 122 total on the property

Can cars be left overnight?

Does the cake have to be from any particular place?
No, however, your baker needs to be licensed and insured.

Do you provide a cutting knife?
Yes, we have a knife for you to cut your cake, you may bring your own if you’d like but it is not necessary.

Is there a cake-cutting fee?
No extra fee to cut the cake, our staff is prepared to do that for you.

Do you provide in-house catering?
Yes! We have a wonderful in-house chef with an extensive menu to choose from.

Can we bring in any food/beverages from outside?
No, we do not allow outside food to be brought in
