A place designed for gathering.

Outdoor patio at night with string lights, fireplace, and diners

Set across six private wooded acres in Simpsonville, South Carolina, the estate has welcomed guests for celebrations, dinners, social events, weddings, and meaningful experiences since opening in 2000.

As the property continues to evolve, The Grand Holland Social Club is entering a new era centered around hospitality, dining, recreation, wellness, and connection. From afternoon teas and live music to social events, member experiences, and curated dining, the estate is being thoughtfully reimagined as a place guests can return to throughout the week.

Inside the mansion, timeless architecture and grand interiors create a setting that feels both elevated and welcoming. Crystal chandeliers, sweeping staircases, classic detailing, and gathering spaces throughout the estate offer an atmosphere designed for conversation, celebration, and memorable experiences.

The Pavilion and surrounding grounds allow the property to naturally transition between intimate gatherings, social experiences, private events, and larger celebrations — all while maintaining the warmth and hospitality The Grand Holland has become known for over the years.

While weddings remain an important part of the estate’s story, the future of The Grand Holland Social Club is focused on creating a destination centered around community, lifestyle, and unforgettable shared experiences.

We scored BIG time choosing The Grand Holland Estate for our wedding venue! The food was absolutely amazing! We are one month out and still hearing about how good the food was, so thank you to the staff who cooked for, prepared, and served our guests! All of my bridesmaids were so thankful to be able to stay at the venue the night before and talked about how easy it was to already be at the venue on wedding day- not to mention being able to spread out the day of and not being cramped into one tiny room! My husband and I also enjoyed being able to stay the night of, especially after a long day!! The staff was very helpful (Megan, Emily, and Jamie) and good at communicating! The airbnb on the property is a plus- especially with out of town guests! Plenty of parking for guests and room for guests to enjoy the venue during cocktail hour!
